This bumper face license plate holder is designed for 2007+ EPA Western Star 4900 models with new style bumpers. Attaches to the face of the bumper using existing bumper bolts. Will accommodate 1 plate. Hardware and license plate bezels are included. Measures 19″ wide x 8.35″ tall.
